Our message to both customers and employees is the same: we like to work with who we know. At eShocan, more than 70% of our hires come from our referral network. Referrals typically perform better in the interview process and have a stronger chance of landing the job. They’re also consistently among our best employees. Are you a current eSchocan employee and know someone you think would be a good fit for an open position? Let us know! This referral cannot have engaged with the company, such as applying or interviewing for a position, within the last six months. If your referral is qualified, someone from our recruiting team will reach out to them. If your referral is hired, you are entitled to a referral bonus commensurate with the wage level of the position.
